Luigi grew up in Naples, where espresso isn't just a drink, it's a ritual. Every morning, the neighborhood bar would come alive with the sound of the machine, the aroma of fresh espresso, and the warmth of community.
After moving to the United States, Luigi noticed something: while the love for coffee was everywhere, the simplicity and authenticity of Italian espresso was missing. Complex machines, inconsistent shots, and overcomplicated workflows meant mostcafés couldn't deliver a true Italian experience.
That's when the idea was born. By combining traditional Italian ESE pod technology with compact, reliable machines, Luigi created a system that brings authentic Italian espresso to any café, bakery, pizzeria, or restaurant, no expert barista required.
